2026 Solterra / BZ Voltage and Current PIDs

The correct PID for a voltage and current for 2026 Solterra/BZ is 22F49A.

The formula for current is: ((Signed(E) 256)+F)0.1

For voltage it's: Int16(C,D)*0.015625

I couldn't figure out is_charging yet, but the formula {E:7} seems to work. It'll return true under regen braking too so it's probably not a good value to use.
