There are unfortunately compatibility issues with Ford that makes it difficult for us and Enode to enable this for Ford.
Another option could be OBD, we do support this option for other Ford vehicles but we have not been able to confirm if the same OBD commands work for the Explorer EV models. You can read more about this option here: Link your vehicle via an OBD device
We need the OBD PID commands and how to interpret the returned data. Since this is not easily available for most vehicles there is not possibility for us to provide a time estimate.
Could be that the PIDs we use for an already supported vehicle model could work. Here’s what you can do once you have access to the vehicle and a dongle;
Select the actual model of your car, save it
In vehicle settings, change the model of the saved vehicle to one that you suspect has compatible OBD commands (just any model will not work, it needs to be compatible)
Link the vehicle via OBD (details here; OBD Connection )
Select the correct vehicle model again
After verifying that the data is read correctly (or even partially correctly) notify us that the OBD commands for vehicle model X also works for vehicle model Y.
If you find that an existing vehicle profile reads data correctly, please let us know, but please DO NOT keep using the incorrect vehicle model with live data.

Interesting. I just checked the vehicles on your account but I cannot see that we’ve read any data from either of them?

I had to delete and re add the vehicles. However I can do some journeys with the OBD connected and vehicle set as a VW?

Once linked, please change the selected vehicle model to the correct one, before generating data that will be counted towards the vehicle profile - such as while driving.

PinnedHi @Maxime Robert Wiegert,
You’ll find the existing ticket for our OTA option here: Enode support for Ford vehicles

You can check our telemetry API for relevant properties:

Also, you can check our (partially outdated) OBD repository to see what other cars report:

The compatibility issues caused by Ford's limitations remain, as indicated by the ‘activation required’ label in the Enode vehicle capabilities page.
Therefore, we’ve chosen not to list Enode as an option for Ford;
