I can’t get the app to recognize either the ODB LINK CX or the Ford app

2023 Lightning extended range and have NASC adapter. I purchaced ODBlink and connected to Bluetooth. I can’t get the app to recognize either the ODB LINK CX or the Ford app. Tired many times and different approach.

        Judging by the screenshots provided you’ve set your device’s font size to very large. This prevents the app from displaying the linking button for the OBD connection option.

        Could you decrease the device’s font size in iOS settings and check again?

    I go to Bluetooth and connect odb cx device. Then go to aprp and click on live data and does not work.
