2019 Audi etron fails to connect to odb dongle

I have a obdlink cx dongle. It works (sometimes) with the Audi etron 50, but my car is a 2019 etron 55. Every time I try to connect, it fails to read SoC from the car. CarScanner app is able to communicate with the car and reads the SoC.
