2016 Tesla Model X Live Data Connectivity

I have resubscribed after having gotten frustrated with my previous premium subscription when the SOC didn’t seem to update with my subject Tesla and the status often indicated not connected. I read that this early model/year doesn’t support “live streaming” so what level of service (current/accurate data connectivity inclusive of SOC) should I expect.
