Per documentation suggestion, I purchased Vgate vLinker MC+. I got it plugged into the car OBD port, and got the phone bluetooth paired. I have the ‘nearby devices’ permission active for ABRP. The issue is that I don’t see the OBD device in the Connection settings dialog. I believe the phone is able to connect / communicate with the device - at least the ‘Vgate firmware update’ app for the dongle is as it updated to latest version. The LED for bluetooth connection on the dongle is blinking along with the POWER led on the dongle. The other 2 LEDs are off.
Car is a 24 Audi Q8 E-tron, phone is a Moto Edge+ 23 running Android 15, July security patch. Android auto successfully connects, and ABRP displays on in-car display, but the e-node connection doesn’t keep the SOC accurate.
