Change your password

  1. Open the ABRP app or website, log in

  2. Open Settings

  3. Tap/click the profile name, top left button in the menu

  4. Tap/click Change password

  5. Enter your current password and a new one, tap/click Change password

Reset your password

  1. Open ABRP, either the Android app, iOS app, or web

  2. Be logged out

  3. Tap/click Login

  4. Enter the registered email address of the account and tap/click continue with email

  5. When prompted to enter a password, instead tap/click the button Forgot your password?

  6. Verify that you’ve entered the email address correctly and tap/click Reset password

  7. An email from ‘support@abetterrouteplanner.com’ with a password reset link will be sent to your account’s registered email address.

  8. Use the link to set a new password for your account. Please choose a strong password.

Please note, this will set a regular password for your acount. This will NOT change the password for any connected alternative login method.
