I am trying to complete my profile. Next Step: Verify your email. My email address is an oultook.com.au address (if that makes any difference). I have clicked on the “Verify my email button” and the “Send verification email” button. The app says that the Verification email is sent, but I never receive the email. I have checked my Junk email folder and it is not in there.
Due to the above I am unable to verify my email and hence not complete my profile. It doesn’t matter whether I use the Android app or the Web interface - same result.
