When filtering available Tesla Supercharger sites for VW group vehicles, the list included the ‘magic dock’ chargers that are open to all, and have both CCS1 and NACS plugs. As of last Tuesday (9/9/25) Tesla has enabled additional NACS only chargers for Audi drivers with a NACS to CCS1 adapter. One example of this is the Tesla Supercharger on Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville FL. As of 9/15/25, it’s not on the ABRP map as compatible when filtered for my Audi. If I pick the NACS as additional plug, ABRP map shows it, as well as others in area, but includes older (V2.5, typically 150 KW rated) chargers that are NOT compatible. For what it’s worth, the Tesla app DOES filter the list in the ‘charge my other EV' function, so there is something available on the dataset to distinguish between the site types.
Also, pretty much all V4 SC center-of-parking slot towers are easy to access for the Audi, or any other EV with fender-mount charging port. The older V3 250 KW towers, although they can charge, require parking gyrations that end up blocking 2 towers. That’s a rude thing to do on a busy charging site. It would be nice to be able to distinguish accessible sites in planning, much like the existing filters for ‘has restrooms’ or ‘trailer friendly’ provide for.
