In the screen capture below, I've searched for EVgo, as if I was hoping to find a nearby charger. Even though these are all EVgo chargers in the real world, they are not all seen as chargers by ABRP... For example:
The 1st one, in Chehalis, WA is the address of a charger, but a trip planned through that location will not utilize the charger.
The 2nd one, [EVgo] Safeway Tacoma, is the name of a charger and ABRP recognizes it as a place where you can charge if you plan a route through it. the third one is the address of the same charger, and, as expected, planning a route through that address won't use the charger.
The 6th & 7th are "super chargers" they get a helpful charger icon and if you click on the arrow ABRP shows you details about the charger and its current status you also get a back button that returns you to the search results. Planning a route through the charger will use the charger.

So, first set of questions:
Is there a reason for these three kinds of charger POIs? Should I be happy to be seeing this rather than puzzled?
I can see having both the charger address & the charger name in the POI database. If I'm trying to find a specific charger, the address often works better for me -- but I'd like ABRP to use it as a charger, not just a place to go to (with a possible charging stop thrown in to make sure that I can get to the charger :-). I know that I can set the charger address as a waypoint and then it is supposed to be used, but that is both counter intuitive (why do I need to do something special to charger at a charger) and it’s a task that is not easily accomplished by a driver while driving.
What turns a "regular" charger into a "super" charger?
Where does ABRP's charger data come from? I assume that some of the data comes from friendly charging networks with an open API for learning about the network's topology & updates to charger status. Do you also use OpenChargeMap? Other sources? Wondering if it is possible to clean up the data without needing to file bug reports.
On to non-determinism, this is the same search from the same starting location (my planning chair), but it finds a different set of chargers. That only thing that I can think of that has changed is that I wrote the above and clicked on some of the links in the first search results & created some route plans.

The good news is that the EVgo charger in Chehalis has a name, [EVgo] Chehalis Commerce District, and it's a super charger. But why didn’t it show up in the first search?
The bad news is that, are now extraneous '3' characters prepended to some of the results. That's really bad when the '3' (and it's almost always a 3) get prepended to an address... You can see that happening in the search below in several places:
The 2nd result on SW Harrison, 3EVgo.
In the 3rd result there is the obvious 3EVgo, but the address also has a ‘3’ prepended to it. The address is not 33975 SE Powell, it’s 3975 SE Powell — somebody looking for the charger at 39th & Powell who doesn’t know Portland & the quirks of ABRP could be might confused. The same thing happens with the 8th entry, but without the 3EVgo to warn you, it’s really 1222 NE 102nd.
Then there are the 4th, 5th, and 6th results which are indistinguishable. Are they actually different chargers or are they duplicates.
