Enode connection Citroen e-C3 incorrect SoC

Hello, my subscription Premium is activated, the link with Enode is activated, but the SoC in the app doesn't match the car's SoC. When I view my trips, the track is recorded correctly, but the corresponding electricity consumption is 0 kWh. What's going on? It worked perfectly the previous times!
