Automatically start first destination search result

When using voice commands to set the destination in Android Auto, it would be helpful that the first search result is automatically selected after a given timeout. The same could be applied to automatically select the 1st route option and start navigation.

Google maps has this feature and this proves very handy when using voice commands without needing to touch the screen.
